POLÍTICA DE CALIDAD

The continuous improvement of Quality in services is a strategic factor in the activities of TRÉBOL, for which it has the explicit commitment of the Management and the contribution of all the employees of the organisation.

The lines of continuous improvement of TRÉBOL are established on the basis of this Quality Policy. This statement defines the framework for designing the objectives and periodic targets of TRÉBOL in the process of continual improvement.

TRÉBOL will regularly review this Quality Policy, so that it maintains its suitability and effectiveness and will disseminate it together with its Objectives, so that all personnel of the organisation can participate, understand and comply with the commitments formulated.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

TRÉBOL is equipped with a Quality Management System in accordance with the international UNE-EN-ISO 9001 Standards.

The objective of the System is to ensure that TRÉBOL understands and responds to the expressed or implied needs of its customers, ensuring full satisfaction of their expectations and complying with regulatory quality and safety requirements.

TRÉBOL assumes as indispensable the fulfilment of the requirements of the Quality Management System, and is committed to its continuous improvement on the following bases:

• To establish a system that allows the prevention, detection, correction and continuous improvement of all processes, during all the stages that make up the activities of TRÉBOL.
• To ensure customer satisfaction at all times, achieving the maximum degree of satisfaction, through continuous and professional attention to their demands and expectations, as well as incorporating as far as possible as a tool for improvement, the information provided by the customer on our activities.
• To ensure the integration of all the people who make up the organisation, at all levels, in the commitment to Quality and Continuous Improvement of all our processes.
• To ensure the implementation of measures that facilitate the work of all the people who form part of the organisation, as well as their training in aspects related to the processes and in matters related to the improvement of their quality and safety.
• To ensure compliance at all times with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services provided, as well as other requirements to which the organisation voluntarily submits.
• TRÉBOL understands that the quality of its services requires the implementation of the appropriate technology and information systems for the management of its services.
• Allocate the necessary resources to provide the organisation with the material and human resources or tools that make it possible to implement the Quality Management System, its Quality Policy and the objectives that periodically specify it.
